What Program is made for you?
0 to 18 Months Old - Babies & Books
A four week series for 1/2 hour programs for infants 0 to 18 months old and their Adult companion. Participants will learn how to interact with their infant to promote early literacy habits. this program is offered in January, May and September to the first ten couples who register.
2 to 3 Years Old - Toddler Time
A four week series of 1 hour programs for toddlers and their adult companion. participants share finger-plays, flannel board stories, activity songs, books, and crafts. this program is offered in February, June and October to the first ten couple who register.
4 to 5 Years Old - Preschool Summer Day Camp
A week series of 1 hour programs based on a theme, in which children listen to stories, participate in activities, and make crafts. This program is held in August and is limited to the first ten children who register.
Kindergarten to 5th Grade - Summer Reading Club
An annual program designed to keep students reading throughout their summer vacation. Reading activities, such as crafts and movies are included in the program. Register for the program in May.
Kindergarten to 5th Grade - Kids Only Reading Club
This program is designed to keep school-aged children involved in the library and reading for enjoyment during the school year. Each session will include reading aloud, crafts and other library activities for children to enjoy. this program is limited to the first 20 children who register. A new session begins each semester.

Special Programs
The Children's Department also has special programs throughout the year such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Gingerbread House Decorating and After School Movies. These programs will be advertised with posters in the library. Many of these programs will require pre-registration, so keep your eyes open for them!
