Our mission in the Young Adult Department is to enable all young people between the ages of 11 and 18 to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. We accomplish this by offering a safe place for teens and preteens to hang out after school and on Saturdays.
This is why TAB was created. TAB, or the Teen Advisory Board, is a Teen Only group that will meet once a month to discuss materials that they would like added to the Library’s Collection, plan events and fundraisers for the Young Adult Department, and suggest future programs for the local teens. We hope that TAB will work together to help make the library a place where teens can feel safe and comfortable!
TAB Meetings are the Last Monday of each month!
If you are interested in becoming a member of TAB please contact Ashley. Walk-ins are welcome at the meetings! Questions or concerns please contact the YA Department at Ashley@clintonpl.lib.in.us or call 765-832-8349
The Young Adult Department at the Clinton Public Library is always in need of Volunteers! Our library greatly appreciates any kind of support from the community. We will need extra help during the Summer Reading Program this year, so if you are interested please apply and register to be a YA Volunteer today!
